Lincoln County High School's tennis teams opened their season with two road trip wins last week. Monday the Lady Falcons and Falcons swept Lawrence Co. 7-0, 7-0. Tuesday the ladies defeated Franklin Co. 6-1; and the boys finished on top 6-1. Their match at home with Coffee Co. was postponed due to rain.

Lawrence Co. - Girls

Individuals: 1, Lucy Higgins, 8-1; 2, Julia Marsh, 8-1; 3, Claire Mullins, 8-2; 4, Carlie Mullins, 8-2; 5, Whitley Smith, 8-3

Lawrence Co. - Boys

Individuals: 1, Evan Pullard, 8-3; 2, Jake Hall, 8-2; 3, Caden Teesateskie, 8-1; 4, Sam Robinson, 8-2; 5, Trey Galyea, 8-0.

Doubles: Pollard/Teesateskie, 8-4; Porter/Foster, 8-6

Franklin Co. - Girls

Individuals: 1, Lucy Higgins, 8-0; 2, Julia Marsh, 8-0; 3, Claire Mullins, 8-1; 4, Carlie Mullins, 8-2; 5, Chloe Bridge, 8-0.

Franklin Co. - Boys

The Falcons host Moore Co. on Tuesday of this week in an unscheduled boys only match starting at 4 p.m. March 25th LCHS travels to Columbia before hosting Giles Co. on the 26th. March 28th LCHS host Shelbyville. Play for those matches gets underway at 4 p.m.
