The Lady Falcons wrapped up District 8-AAA tournament action as the three-seed defeating Franklin Co., 64-53 in the consolation game played Saturday. The ladies opened the tournament with a 57-51 win over Shelbyville but went down in the second round 60-47 to Coffee Co.

At the award presentations Saturday Amelia Kate Richardson was named to the All District team for both the regular season and tournament.

In the district championship game Tullahoma pulled off the upset defeating Coffee County giving the Lady Raiders their only district loss of the season.

Advancing into Region 4 action the Lady Falcons will travel to take on the loser of Riverdale vs. Blackman game played on Monday of this week. That pending game is scheduled for this Friday - location and time is yet to be determined.
